Job Description

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Company Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, providing information about products or services, and promoting customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers - Provide exceptional customer service and support - Communicate effectively in English and Spanish - Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional interactions - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Upsell products or services to increase sales - Handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions **Skills:** - Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred (Bilingual) - Strong customer service skills - Ability to effectively communicate with customers - Proficient in outbound calling techniques - Multilingual capabilities are a plus - Upselling experience is beneficial - Excellent phone etiquette - Analytical skills for understanding customer requirements This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can enhance your communication skills, interact with diverse customers, and contribute to the growth of the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $52,360.43 - $80,000.00 per year
