Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Hiring Manager to oversee the hiring of new staff.. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management, project coordination, have prior hiring management experience, and possess strong leadership skills.

Duties:

- Conduct Interviews with potential new employees and applicants.
- Coordinate hiring events and screen applicants.
- Review applicant backgrounds and motor vehicle reports.
- Ensure all applicants that meet the necessary requirements for employment are interviewed and offered a position if one is available.
- Monitor compliance labor laws and ensure that no discrimination is being experienced by new applicants.
- Collaborate with executive staff and marketing staff to create a dynamic workflow for the best possible outcome for new applicants.

Experience:

The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
- Experience in project coordination and contract management
- Knowledge of build processes in the construction industry
