Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contract Attorney to join our growing National catering company. As a Contract Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal support and expertise on a variety of contractual matters. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an attorney with strong research, writing, and negotiation skills.

Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various contractual issues
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Provide legal advice and guidance to CEO on contractual matters
- Assist in the resolution of contract disputes and litigation matters
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in contract law
- Strong knowledge of contract law principles and practices
- Proficient in conducting legal research using Westlaw, Lexis-Nexis, and other legal databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in litigation or legal administrative tasks is a plus
