Job Description
We are currently seeking a Contract Recruiter to play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition efforts at Home Market Foods, focusing primarily on operations functions within our manufacturing facility. This role requires hands-on execution to drive the full cycle recruiting process and ensure a remarkable candidate experience. This is a contract role expected to run through the end of 2024, with an opportunity to assess extension possibility in Q4.
Please note: You may be required to occasionally support roles outside of operations pending business need. Additionally, the ability to commute occasionally to the Greater Boston Area for hiring events is a plus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute full cycle recruiting, focusing on operations roles within our manufacturing facility
- Prioritize providing a seamless candidate experience to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice
- Establish collaborative partnerships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly
- Ensure exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruiting process
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and personal networks
- Maintain a people-first approach in all interactions
- Work towards achieving recruiting outcomes aligned with performance metrics
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of building talent pipelines across experience levels
- Familiarity with skill and competency assessment tools
- Proficiency with computer systems, including web-based applications and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus
