We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Remote Contract Recruiter to support an important government project. As a Recruiter, you will oversee the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring process of employees. You will engage with candidates through various channels such as phone, email, text, and live meetings to evaluate and place them in positions as needed. Also, you will provide outstanding customer service, consistent communication, and guidance to our clients and candidates, and internal staff.

To prepare you for success in this role, Capitol Bridge will provide comprehensive training and equip you with the necessary tools and resources to deliver the highest level of service, support, and professionalism.

This schedule is as follows:
This is a contract position, and hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm CST.

Pay and Benefits:
Base Rate: $50,750 annual
Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits available

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Update and design recruiting procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency

Track recruiting metrics to measure performance and make data-driven decisions

Implement new sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates

Review recruitment software options and recommend the best fit for our company's needs

Research and select appropriate job advertising options

Collaborate with department Project Managers to forecast future hiring needs

Minimum Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Recruiter

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS databases

Experience conducting phone and in-person interviews, screening candidates, and evaluating their suitability

Familiarity with social media platforms and other professional networks for sourcing talent

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong team management abilities

Strong decision-making skills
