You have an eye for detail, annoy your friends by correcting their grammar, and are relied on by everyone you know to review important documents before they hit the send button.

The New Mexico True Cooperative Marketing Project Coordinator ensures executional excellence of cooperative marketing initiatives and takes an active role in all aspects of cooperative marketing campaigns, from planning and reporting to project completion. This position is for a long term contract (with potential to hire). Work from home (New Mexico residency preferred)

Responsibilities:

· Effectively execute plans, problem-solve, and manage day-to-day account work.

· Manage campaign calendar, trafficking assets and client approval process.

· Prepare for and lead day-to-day client/internal meetings and presentations; take lead on follow-up including status reports and next steps.

· manage campaign and project timelines.

· Coordinate occasionally with agency partners and vendors.

· Stay current on industry/client issues, trends, and competitive reviews and analysis; provide intelligence to team and others in agency when relevant.

· Able to independently drive medium to large projects/initiatives from inception through completion

· Able to work well under pressure and tight timelines, with a problem-solver mindset.

· Deliver thoughtful, timely, and clear communication at all times via email, phone and live in person to clients and internal teams. Interacts with clients and internal teams on a regular basis to provide updates on campaign performance

· Schedule meetings and manage team and project calendars, as appropriate

· Assist in business development activities, including website, social media and/or other client/prospective client outreach

Qualifications:

· Minimum of a BA/BS degree.

· 2+ years prior project management experience.

· Extremely detail oriented, a love for organization, excel charts and taking lots of information and distilling it into the concise need-to-know facts

· Obsessed with detail and flawless execution of projects.

· Entrepreneurial spirit, problem-solver mindset, and ability to work very independently and lead projects to completion with little day to day direction.

· Tech savvy and familiar with technology-based solutions for efficient project management, such as Google Workspace, Asana, Calendly, JotForm, DropBox, Zoom, etc.

· Strong skills in Microsoft Office: High proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint a must. Be prepared to share examples of your work.

· Able to work well under pressure and tight timelines.

· Strong communication skills; able to present ideas with clarity and conviction. Comfortable talking with clients directly and with confidence

· Excellent writing/grammar skills (no typos, grammatical errors or lack of attention to detail in writing emails and decks)

· Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple projects.

· Experience managing detailed budgets, billing, and timelines.

· Enthusiastic, imaginative, approachable, outgoing, open to new ideas, and diplomatic.

Skills That Are a Plus:

· Able to proof/edit documents.

· Experience with travel/tourism, government and/or public education campaigns.

· Experience in online and offline media and marketing.

· Eye for aesthetic and design + skills in Photoshop and/or AI

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Schedule:
