JOB DESCRIPTION

NSF is seeking to add a Coordinator II Operations to its growing team. You will play a vital role overseeing the planning and scheduling functions for the ISR Audit Delivery division. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines. As well as prior experience performing various office administrative tasks. Prior experience working in the TIC industry is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enter audit assignment and scheduling details in our internal databases. Improve efficiencies in auditor’s schedules
  • Determine and execute work schedules for staff auditors to ensure that schedules are fully allocated within the scheduling system and that required utilization targets are met. Work with independent contract auditors to ensure that schedules are reflected in the scheduling system
  • Schedule customer audits within timelines associated with the certification cycle and in time to allow recertification to occur prior to the certification expiring
  • Respond to client and auditor inquiries
  • Assist in problem solving and route to appropriate departments for resolution as needed
  • Review Dashboard and reports to ensure KPI’s are met. Ensure operational KPI’s are achieved
  • Oversee auditor rotation issues for specialty standards (e.g., AS91XX and IATF 19649). Ensure auditors are rotated correctly within the system based on the rules of the specific standards
  • Attend internal team meetings and client review meetings as needed
  • Work with Audit Delivery Managers for auditor onboarding and offboarding process as it relates to iPulse system. Manage, track, and update iPulse alerts
  • Complete special projects for the Audit Delivery team (collecting auditor information, updating our internal auditor database, etc)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience performing general office work: data entry, word processing
  • Experience working with Microsoft Programs, specifically Word and Excel
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work cross functionally and collaborate with various stakeholders both internal and external across regions, divisions and functions to achieve business results
  • Prior experience working in the TIC industry is a plus

Salary Range: $40,000 - $52,000 USD

The total pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At NSF, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
