Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our team

Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist – New Business and Marketing Development is a dynamic and relationship-driven individual who is responsible for identifying, connecting, and nurturing relationships with potential candidates by using a variety of recruiting techniques. Talent Acquisition Specialists contribute to the growth of the company by attracting talent that makes the company successful. In addition to De-novo development strategies, this position is also responsible for marketing development throughout the clinical recruiting department. This position is responsible for supporting the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation. This position does not have any supervisory duties

Responsibilities:

  • Sources and attracts qualified candidates through the use of a variety of recruiting techniques.
  • Networks and connects with candidates via social media, newspaper, job sites, community services, universities, employment agencies, recruiters, etc.; Nurtures and maintains relationships with qualified candidates.
  • Attends and participates in recruiting events, professional networking events, career fairs, and professional conferences; plans and organizes networking events.
  • Reviews resumes, evaluates candidate qualifications, screens candidates, and contacts references.
  • Develops new avenues to attract candidates, to include creative utilization of social media platforms and email blasts; partners with hiring managers and De-novo team to identify recruitment objectives and opportunities.
  • Maintains and monitors job posting on internet sites, job boards and company applicant tracking system, to include offers and fulfillment of positions.
  • Maintains a strong understanding of positions by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations in order to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
  • Serves as an intermediary between seasoned clinicians and hiring managers to ensure the on time openings of our De-novo clinics.
  • Responsible for developing creative marketing materials and promotional items for recruiting events; orders and tracks spending for promotional items and event products.
  • Promotes positive company image through career sites, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned, and may be changed at any time without

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in high volume recruiting required, preferably in a medical or therapy setting.
  • Knowledge of outpatient physical therapy setting preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and network skills.
  • Internet savvy in order to perform targeted searches and research.
  • Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven organizational, creative thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
