Job Details:
Corporate Recruiting Specialists are responsible for driving the execution of the full cycle talent acquisition process for all Corporate SSC positions.
  • Perform full lifecycle recruiting to include execution of direct recruiting, screening, interviewing and the selection of candidates
  • Manage a diverse range of positions from inception through to completion with responsibility for candidate sourcing, talent selection, interview scheduling, offer management, closing of filled reqs and disposition on candidates in ATS
  • Execute recruitment plans in order to achieve staffing metrics.
  • Ensure a diverse slate of talent is identified and presented for every requisition
  • Create and maintain talent communities of passive talent
  • Monitors and reports weekly progress on staffing needs, diverse slates and other related issues
Qualifications:
  • Strong recruiting skills and ability to identify quality candidates
  • Strong experience in recruitment sourcing (Boolean search techniques, search strings) and online database searching techniques
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks for timely completion
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks for timely completion
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and employees of all levels
  • Good computer skills; ability to develop spreadsheets and reports to analyze division staffing needs
  • Experience with iCIMS, CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience direct recruiting passive talent
  • Excellent collaboration and consensus building skills
  • Track record of success in delivering on KPIs
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience
  • 2-4 years of recruiting and/or HR experience preferred
  • This position may require some travel and overnight stays (5-10%)
