Job Summary

Coordinate the most cost-efficient travel arrangements for team clients, using independent judgment and discretion. Promote and maintain the highest level of customer service in the industry.

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new clients
  
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their travel needs are met
  
• Plan and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
  
• Build relationships with hotels, airlines, and other travel partners to negotiate competitive rates and exclusive offers for clients
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in travel regulations
  
• Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely follow-up
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

• Strong sales skills with the ability to generate leads and close deals
  
• Excellent customer service skills to provide personalized experiences for clients
  
• Proficient in travel planning and knowledgeable about popular destinations, hotels, airlines, and attractions
  
• Hospitality experience is a plus, as it demonstrates an understanding of delivering exceptional service
  
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and bookings simultaneously
