International Credential Specialist

Remote, available only in INTO Operational States (see below)

Full time, Permanent

Up to $42,000 PA, Dependent on Experience

Are you passionate about international education and ready to join a dynamic team?

We're seeking a meticulous International Credential Specialistto support our INTO North America partner institutions.

If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for assessing academic credentials, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate international academic credentials for undergraduate and graduate applicants to INTO North America partner institutions.
  • Stay updated on evaluation standards, educational practices, and admissions policies.
  • Assist with decision-ready evaluations for timely admission decisions and special projects.
  • Collaborate with the United States Partnership Admissions team to assess credential completeness and process applications.
  • Train other staff in assessment processes and procedures.
  • And more!

What you'll have:

  • A Bachelors Degree or relevant experience in higher education
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in international credential evaluations would be beneficial!
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Compensation & Benefits

Location: This position can be fully remote. You will have to be located within INTO's operational States which are as follows: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Virginia.
