Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Credentialing Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The role entails ensuring new employees are well-prepared for their roles and compliant with all necessary regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage streamlined onboarding processes for all Vis-À-Vis Health employees, physicians/practitioners, and contracted workers.
  • Identify new employees/contracted workers and liaise with hiring managers prior to their start dates.
  • Ensure new hires understand and possess the required documentation, orientation schedules, and complete all necessary tasks for onboarding, including paperwork and compliance requirements.
  • Communicate onboarding processes and create customized training plans with hiring managers or training teams.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers/leadership to share compliance requirements, credentialing updates, and determine staff clearance.
  • Maintain knowledge of state and federal laws related to education, experience, certifications, and credentialing for practitioners/physicians.
  • Liaise with state boards to verify licensing requirements, application status, and fees.
  • Track monthly and quarterly supervising physician QA requirements.

Education and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a relevant role (Legal, HR, Compliance).
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of experience in Human Resources Management or a similar field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
