Capital Management Services has an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Inbound Agents! Applicants must live in Pennsylvania, West Virginia or Ohio!

We are starting a new class on Monday, April 15th, 2024

We are currently seeking candidates with strong customer service skills to join our growing team of call center inbound agents. We are especially interested in candidates with a background in any field requiring customer outreach such as phone customer service, collections, telemarketing, and sales. This role is performing Customer Service for a Credit Card company. Candidates with other forms of Customer Service experience who are looking to "break into" the remote call center environment will also be considered.

Both the training and the position are 100% fully remote and are looking for candidates to perform the following three functions on a daily basis:

  • Inbound Customer Service Calls: Assisting customers calling in about their credit cards.
  • Inbound Payment Calls: Customers who received a call from us calling back to make payments on their bill.
  • Outbound Customer Service: If the outbound team falls behind, assist in making outbound calls to customers.
  • Chat: Selected employees may be assisting customers via our Customer Service Chat option

Schedules Available-

  • M, W, Th, F 4p-9p & Sat 10a-6p (off Tues & Sun) –(PT sched)
  • M. T, Th, F 1:30p-10p & Sat 11:30-8p (off Wed & Sun) – Chat
  • M, T, W, F 7a-3:30p & Sat 8a-4:30p (off Th & Sun)
  • M, W, Th, F 7a-3:30p & Sat 8a-4:30p (off Tue & Sun)
  • M, T, W, Th 7a-3:30p & Sun 8a-4:30p (off Fri & Sat)
  • M, T, W, Th, F 1:30p-12a (off Sat & Sun)

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associates Degree Preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Background Check Required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High-Speed Internet Connection (No Wifi).
  • Android (OS 8.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 13 or higher) Smartphone.
  • Ability to problem solve

Training for this position will start 4/15/24. It will run from Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm . The training will consist of education on inbound operations. Once training is completed, you will be placed in on-the-job training on the transition team, to get comfortable with the job before being placed on a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
