MUST RESIDE IN THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA
Customer Service which includes provider's inquiring about current insurance coverage, previous insurance coverage, copays, deductibles, claim questions including claim status, claim payments, claim denials, etc.
- Quality Customer Service- Inquiries to be made primarily by telephone but also through written format (email, mail, fax, etc.)
- Provides accurate information in a helpful, collaborative manner to callers through thorough knowledge of End Client products, policies and procedures.
- Captures and documents customer feedback.
- Receives, resolves, and routes complaints as defined by department policy, procedures, and guidelines.
- Interacts with other End Client staff to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and problems, particularly in Claims Services, Provider Services, ILR/COB, Payment Processing, the Provider Processing Center, Provider Relations, Provider Contracting, Medical Management, Benefits Administration, Pharmacy Services and the Behavioral Health and High-End Imaging vendors.
- PSRs handles calls regarding claim status, appeal status, eligibility and benefits, referrals, and authorizations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years telephonic customer service experience with ability to multi-task to accomplish workload efficiently.
- Customer Service experiences in a transaction based environment such as a call center or preferred, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Word.
- Sharp organizational skills with the ability to manage various projects simultaneously.
- Technical skills.
