Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, orders, and concerns
- Provide accurate and timely information about our services.
- Maintain client records and update relevant information in the database
- Host webinars via Zoom.

- Assist with daily office tasks

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate through various software applications, especially Zoom.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Positive attitude, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 29 per week
