Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers via phone by providing service information and resolving technical issues. This position is 100% remote with flexible scheduling available.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about service requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of troubleshooting methods used to diagnose maintenance requests.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, property maintenance, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Must have a computer with reliable high speed internet and a quiet environment to work.
