We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers via phone by providing service information and resolving technical issues. This position is 100% remote with flexible scheduling available.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of troubleshooting methods used to diagnose maintenance requests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, property maintenance, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual preferred
- Must have a computer with reliable high speed internet and a quiet environment to work.
