Main task will be to guide and help clients with registration and purchase of cryptocurrencies at all stages. And will help the financial manager to ensure uninterrupted service during the period of change. Address customer queries web chat. Establish nurture and sustain effective working relationships across the business. Be able to make decisions whilst considering the customers circumstances. Initiating an account, managing, watching over client accounts. Update company database. Be enthusiastic when assisting customers and identify any improvements. Determine and implement customer payment terms

Pay: $46.30 - $67.00 per hour
