JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for answering questions and resolving disputes as the single point of contact for external and internal customer groups. Daily monitoring, management, and escalation of delayed shipments, product availability, and payment inquiries. Works collaboratively with customers, vendors, supply chain and accounts payable in identification and resolution of issues with requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and reports.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two (2) years of experience in customer service, supply chain, accounting, or a related field with high school / GED

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Procure to Pay processes preferred. Experience working in healthcare preferred.
