ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Answer account holder/client phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Research and utilize all resources available to provide answers to account-specific questions and requests.
  • Process credit card payments.
  • Acquire move-in and move-out meter reads for submetered properties from multiple meter reading software programs.
  • Be familiar with submetering systems and utility billing practices
  • Maintain familiarity with company billing practices, software, and web portal
  • Produce corrected and other bills as needed
  • Handle tenant changes as needed
  • Respond to account holder emails in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain required call volume.
  • Download and respond to voicemails daily for billing and account services
  • Return calls within 24 hours of receipt
  • Provide support to other departments as necessary
  • Other job duties deemed necessary by management

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work in a fact-paced environment while multi-tasking
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Work independently
  • Consistent on-site attendance
  • Excel experience
  • Customer service and/or call center experience - preferred
