We are actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and work alongside a leading provider of managed healthcare programs.
In this role, you will answer calls from members, member representatives, providers, health plan employees, and clients regarding Medicare/Medicaid.

The hourly rate for this position is between $11.88-$17.55 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
