Job Description

Automated Health Systems has full time call center positions available in East Providence, RI.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking calls for HealthSourceRI to assist individuals and families gain access to health care services.

Qualifications for the position include:

  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
  • Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
  • Detail-oriented, fast learner.
  • Associate degree in related field preferred.
  • Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) strongly preferred.

On-site training will be 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for three to four weeks.
