Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Association customer service and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting product/service information.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases
- Upsell products and services when appropriate
- Perform data entry to update customer records
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and customer satisfaction surveys
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction

Experience:

- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience in upselling products/services is advantageous

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
