Job Description

Role: Customer Service Representative

Location: Washington, DC; Remote Work Schedule

Pay Rate: $17-20/Hour

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join as a key member of their successful team.


Job Responsibilities:

· Analyze and interpret content to deliver information/answers clearly and concisely.

· Keep records of customer intervations, process customer accounts and file documents.

· Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.

· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.


Requirements:

· Experience in – 1-3 Years of Customer Service/Call Center Experience

· Proficient in –Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite

· Soft SkillsMission-Driven, Patient, Communicative, Flexible

· Education – Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
