Job Description

CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a major healthcare company seeking a Customer Service Specialist. As the Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of implementation of new customers in the onboarding process, as well as resolving any issues related to onboarding of new customers. Qualified candidates will have background in the medical or healthcare sector, including clinical or pharmacy experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team within a huge and renowned organization!

Requirements for the Customer Service Specialist - Remote:
• 3+ experience in admin, project management, operations, or sales
• Medical or healthcare sector, including clinical or pharmacy experience
• Experience in SAP or Salesforce
• Background in Smartsheet, Tableau, SQL or MS Access, a PLUS

Compensation for the Customer Service Specialist - Remote:
• Contract
• Location: Remote (Candidates must be located in Texas, Arizona, Indiana, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, or Kentucky)
• Pay: $23-25/hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
