What will you do at PrintWithMe?

PrintWithMe is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative that will work from home in a remote role to join its Operations department.

In this role, you will be responsible for the important work of ensuring our users and clients have a positive experience with every order.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a customer service role.

This position reports to our Director of Operations and is a remote/work from home role that can sit anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities:

Provide courteous, helpful service to our end-users

Respond to help tickets promptly via email, chat, and phone

Document activities in our ticketing system

Collaborate with other members of operations and customer success teams to escalate issues where appropriate

Shift Schedule:

Shift hours: 12-8 pm CT M-F; 2-6pm CT on Sundays

This is a full-time position

Shifts will be scheduled on both weekdays and weekends

Who Are You?

Our ideal Customer Service Representative operates with excellence, and as such, qualified candidates will possess:

Minimum of 3+ years of customer-service-related experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A deeply ingrained sense of timeliness and urgency to resolve problems, the right way

High standards for excellence as well as strict adherence to policies, procedures, and schedules
