What We're Looking For: The Employer Services Bureau is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to perform data analysis, develop reports and dashboards, and communicate key findings for the purpose of giving insight into business operations. Position Summary

As the Data Analyst for the Employer Services Bureau, you will be responsible for performing data analysis, developing reports and dashboards, and communicating key findings for the purpose of giving insight into business operations. You will also ensure data quality and integrity. In this role, you will be focused on the customer experience by providing data analysis, reporting, and dashboards that serve to improve customer interactions within the entire organization. Work products are also used for identifying process improvements, workload planning, determining key performance indicators, and providing information for stakeholder communications. You will also interact with business users to assure a mutual understanding and agreement on data requirements and specifications and provide consultation, direction, and guidance to program managers.

Salary Information

This position is in classification IS Business Automation Senior (pay schedule/range 07-34), with an annual salary of $70,720 - $91,601 annually, plus excellent benefits. Pay for current and new state employees will be set in accordance with the Wisconsin State Compensation Plan in effect at the time of hire.

Job Details

This position is eligible for remote work. ETF offers hybrid remote/office workIf interested in remote work, this can be discussed in more detail during the interview process. The selected employee(s) must report to ETF's office on the first day of employment. In addition, the employee may need to report to ETF on short notice as operational needs require.

ETF does not sponsor work visas. Any appointment made will be contingent on the applicant being able to prove valid status to work in the United States.

A 12-month probationary is required.

Qualifications

Minimally Qualified candidates will have experience in all the following :
  • Developing and running SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from multiple tables
  • Analyzing data sets to draw conclusions and identify relationships, anomalies, and trends
  • Developing reports and dashboards that highlight key findings and insights from data analysis
Highly Qualified candidates will also have experience :
  • Assuring data quality and integrity
  • Using Tableau to create data visualizations
