Position: Data Analyst (Veterans encouraged!)

Location: Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska

Compensation: $100,000 + performance bonus

Responsibilities:

• 1-3 years of experience in predictive analysis, statistical analysis, and using tools like R, Python, and SQL

• Ability to understand data engineering, ETL, and data analysis to provide actionable data insights, not just metrics

• Experience working with data scientists and translating data into business decisions

• Capable of cleaning up and consolidating the existing Domo dashboards and cards

• Able to build a data warehouse to integrate the company's cloud-based SaaS systems, including case management, lead generation, HRIS, and financial systems

• Strong collaborative and relationship-building skills to work closely with business stakeholders

• Agile mindset to adapt to changing priorities and requests

• Confident in their abilities but also willing to seek help when needed to meet tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a legal or regulatory environment

• Proficiency in data manipulation tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R

• Experience with BI platforms such as Domo, Tableau, or PowerBI

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
