Are you passionate about Data Practices and Compliance? Look no further, DVS is seeking a Data Practices Audit Administrator!
In this position you will ensure that Driver and Vehicle Services data is in compliance with all applicable federal and state statutes related to data privacy. This position is responsible for managing the appeal and reinstatement request process for individuals subject to disciplinary action for misuse of DVS data. This position will also coordinate and perform external compliance audits of governmental agencies and/or private businesses to ensure that their use of DVS data conforms to the approved use.

Requires occasionally moving and transporting such articles as file folders and small tools. May need to maintain a
stationary position for long periods of time while carrying out job duties.
