We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare marketing team. This role combines digital marketing expertise with project management skills to drive innovative strategies, manage multiple clients, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in both digital marketing and multi-faceted project management.
- Strong skills in B2B and B2C marketing, copywriting, and audience targeting.
- Expertise with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, PPC, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, OTT, and display advertising.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to analyze trends, speak to reports, and optimize campaigns using analytics tools.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns and digital strategies to enhance online presence and engagement.
- Optimize content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms, while managing social media accounts and trends.
- Utilize Google Ads to create targeted advertising strategies, conduct A/B testing, and improve conversion rates.
- Track website traffic and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on insights.
- Collaborate with designers to produce compelling content across various formats, such as blogs, videos, and podcasts.
- Manage client projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met across all marketing efforts.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Account management for multiple clients, handling copywriting, event planning, and campaign execution.
- Conduct proactive communications and generate creative marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing (including social media, content creation, and analytics tools).
- Strong project management experience with major clients.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and advertising platforms like Google Ads.
- Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Prefer if you live up to 2 hours from Tampa for periodic meetings/ team events.
