Overview:
The Director, HRIS will oversee the company’s strategic utilization of UKG Human Capital system, collaborating closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and other Centers of Excellence (COE). is the subject matter expert of the company’s HR information systems, including but not limited to security administration, business process design, compensation setup, benefits administration, end user experience and reporting and analytics. This position ensures accurate best practice business process/workflows and other system dependencies are in place within the HRIS to support the administrators of compensation programs, annual performance reviews, benefits administration and open enrollment, payroll, and reporting efforts. The Director, HRIS leads the people, projects, and resources for the HRIS department.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and deliver configuration and customization of UKG modules to meet specific business requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on UKG HCM functionality and best practices.
  • Leading change management initiatives to drive user adoption and maximize the benefits of the system.
  • Partner closely with Human Capital stakeholders (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Human Resources, Compensation & Payroll, Employee Relations, and HR Analytics) to understand their business needs and deliver an innovative approach of UKG utilization that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing design guidance, ensuring the full potential and capability in the configuration of UKG solutions adheres to best practices, maximizing the Team Member experience and provides accurate employee data.
  • Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Legal and other Centers of Excellence, to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of UKG HCM solutions.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for UKG HCM to align with organizational Human Capital and business objectives, ensuring the system supports current and future needs.
  • Drives the strategy and execution of United Site Services’ utilization of UKG for the Human Capital function considering scalability, performance, and security aspects.
  • Overseeing data management processes within UKG HCM, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • 4 year Bachelors degree in human resources management, MIS, computer science or related degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of related work experience with 5 years leading and optimizing UKG HCM/HRIS functions.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and policies
  • In-depth knowledge of UKG, with a track record of leveraging technical expertise to improve processes, configure integrations, and drive system optimization.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience leading cross-functional team.
  • Ability to analyze issues and problems systematically, gathering broad and balanced input, drawing sound conclusions, and providing actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Approach challenges with a creative and inquisitive mindset, always seeking new and better ways to enhance individuals' effectiveness in their work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
