Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated professional who is focused on delivering quality customer service. Someone who can motivate a team to give their best, share their opinions, and feel valued and respected. Client retention and employee satisfaction are top priorities.
What your impact will be:
    • Managing performance of Client Support Representatives (software), Client Account Managers, and Professional Services Team.
    • Documenting and implementing client success metrics and monitoring the client KPI's by doing regular touch points with direct reports internally
    • Financial responsibility for the Client Success group including collaborating with VP of Operations for forecasting related to CSR, CAM & PS OPEX and revenue.
    • Achievement of year over year growth of maintenance revenue through client retention.
  • Set, meet and monitor departmental goals to drive optimal performance within Support, Client Management and PS teams.
  • Focus on the overall value of customer relationships, including reference-ability, and ways to drive incremental revenues from the customer base.
  • Resolving customer service-related issues & contribute towards improving overall customer service.
  • Operational performance improvements to reduce customer call volume and software deficiency items.
  • Lead regularly scheduled departmental meetings. Attend meetings as requested.
  • Upholds Company HIPAA guidelines pertaining to Client files and data.
  • Able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • May require occasional travel (5% or less)
