Summary: This position focuses on managing current partnerships while cultivating and growing revenue from both current and new channel partners. The position is required to build from his/her current partnership network while demonstrating strong drive, interdependence, dedication, and support of the sales team. Execution
Management of the sales team channel partnership relationships, ensuring the current point of contact salesperson is active, engaging, and productive.
Attend conferences and other relevant trade shows to establish strength with current ATS partners while creating new channel partnerships.
Use existing network of relationships to present new partnership opportunities.
Ensure we have a top-tier joint technology solution with designated partners.
Work on programs to manage prospective channel partner RFP process.
Negotiate and finalize all partner revenue share agreements.
Perform other duties as assigned
Ownership
Monthly metric monitoring/reporting of all revenue, growth, and number of clients both referred and converted – Ensure all data capture is obtained in Salesforce.
Increase conversion of all current channel partners with baseline set of current revenue.
Assist with ATS partner integration by being the sales liaison between IT & Sales from Universal and HR/IT of Clients provide salesperson point of contact.
Meet with Managing Director and Chief Revenue Officer on a weekly basis to discuss current opportunities, strategies & obstacles.
Deliver web & media marketing requirements to channel partners.
Design
Creation of a detailed program strategy for all channel partners including monthly meetings, marketing, compliance webinars, meeting with their sales team
30-60-90-day program creation of partnership growth opportunities to increase conversion
Create further improvements to Universal’s current channel partnership program.
