Springfield Investments LLC owns and operates 15 Wendy’s restaurants in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, and we are looking to expand. As a District Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 5-8 Wendy’s Restaurants to ensure that the Brand Standards, Company Vision and Employment Promises are being met in each restaurant.
- Lead and coach in a way that each Restaurant General Manager meets or exceeds the Annual Operating plan established for each of their restaurants.
- Accomplishes your objectives by role modeling Wendy’s Core Values.
- Actively selects, trains, and develops your managerial employees daily to achieve key results in Sales, Profits, and other key metrics to support the company’s success.
- Lead and Organize new restaurant openings.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and enforced per the handbook.
- Perform regular visits to ensure restaurants are following Food Safety, Employee Safety, Customer Safety Standards and are ready to do business daily.
- Oversee training, staffing, and succession planning for all positions in the restaurants.
- Ensure customer relation procedures are being executed and verify that customer complaints and issues are handled in a timely manner.
- Perform weekly meeting to review results and plans with your General Managers and Subordinate Managers, as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or the equivalent. (Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent preferred)
- Multi-unit: 1+ years (Preferred)
- Able to pass a Criminal background check
- US work authorization
