FULL TIME

Donor Relations Coordinator – The Upper Room - (Non-Exempt), Reports to Director, Fund Development, The Upper Room
The Donor Relations Coordinator effectively manages the donor acknowledgement receipt process, including pulling merge lists, screening and editing acknowledgement letters, and sending vetted acknowledgement files to the printer for printing and distribution. Other key areas of responsibility include managing the new donor welcome initiatives and welcome gifts for new Fellowship Circle members (monthly donors), overseeing The Upper Room Chaplains’ Ministry program, and managing the process to track communications with donors.

Will also assist with processing mail, such as donations and mail returns sent to the Grand Ave. Nashville address. Processes all financial transactions for the team and keeps in good standing with vendors who assist us in our work. Serves as a productive and creative team member and coordinates with team to complete work. Identifies ways to improve departmental processes to increase efficiency and improve service. Provides exceptional care for donors who engage with our publications and programs.

This is a work from home position that will require occasional work in the Nashville, TN office. Candidates must live in the Nashville, TN area.

Education / Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

One to two years of related job experience.
