Job Description

Derema Group – E Commerce Management Position

Derema Group is looking to add a strong and capable Manager to our ecommerce team. This role will support several well-established marine and RV manufacturers through report creation and maintenance, editing and creating site listings, e-commerce campaign maintenance and management while effectively communicating to both internal and external teams. The individual must be fully adept in working with vendors looking to build their brands in the online marketplace. Understanding and experience with Amazon and Walmart is critical. Working knowledge of back-end logistics including content, sales data management, brand registry, AP + AR reconciliation, and account management are a must. Understanding details around search marketing and promotional campaign management is a plus. Critical thinking, curiosity, patience, tenacity and teamwork are critical when working with our team.

Job Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of account management experience
  • Experience working with PowerBI
  • Experience working at a digital marketing agency
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • API integration experience a bonus
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces
  • Ability to successfully manage competing priorities
  • Empathetic listener, communicate with the factory goals and constraints top of mind
  • Familiarity with ecommerce content optimization and proficient in paid search
  • High level of understanding of Vendor and Seller Central platforms
  • Proficiency with tools and services such as FBA, FBM, advertising platforms, and reporting analytics
  • Analyze sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics through reporting tools to evaluate the performance of product listings, identify trends, and make data- driven decisions.

This position has an annual base salary range of $80,000 - $95,000. This listed base salary range is a good faith representation of the base salary range for this position. However, location, unique skills and/or exceptional experience may result in an offer outside of the stated range.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
