Job Description

Resp & Qualifications

PURPOSE:
Supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of data within Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP), Human Capital Management system (HCM) and/or Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Responsible for studying and leveraging related system requirements and solutions; assists with designing integrated models; writing documentation; completing cost-benefit analyses.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Maintains systems by maintaining data integrity; identifying, researching, and analyzing problems; implementing improvements; updating training manuals, user guides, and system tables, codes, and security profiles; researching data discrepancies (auditing).
    Assists in identifying solution requirements by conferring with unit managers and operators; analyzing processes and operations; clarifying solution objectives; establishing specifications. Validating solutions by completing acceptance-testing and document according to standards. Troubleshoot systems problems, identify cause of problems, work with appropriate group to correct problem. Maintain communications with technical counterparts to guide the issues to cross-functional resolution and adopt best practices. Provides information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends; designing and preparing reports. Protects organization value by keeping information confidential, cautioning others regarding potential breaches.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Experience: Less than one year progressive experience in an analytical role; experience in client-facing role.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to solve problems and present several options for resolution.
  • Ability to effectively present information to all audiences.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, interpret complex data.
  • Ability to respect and handle confidential information.
  • Previous experience with PeopleSoft Experience.
  • Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.

Salary Range: $56,160 - $111,540

This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilites of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business consideration. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range, as compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances, including but not limited to experience, internal equity, and location.
