We are hiring a team of escalation specialists immediately.

We are a 7 day-a-week operation

Must have a high speed internet connection with a mobile device and a pc.

The right candidate will need superior communication skills and excellent technical abilities to serve as one of our escalation specialists.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: commensurate with experience. Benefits offered.

Work Location: Remote

Candidate must be able to travel for the first 2-3 weeks for training. Afterwards, the position is 100% remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Global Escalations Specialist to join our team. As a Global Escalations Specialist, you will be responsible for handling escalated customer issues and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze situations and find effective solutions. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions

- Analyze customer complaints and determine appropriate actions

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to address their concerns

- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

- Provide feedback to management regarding recurring customer issues

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred

- Proficient in outbound calling techniques

- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers

- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
