OnSchedule is seeking appointment setters to join our remote team. As an appointment setter, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to prospects who have expressed interest in estate planning. What You'll Do:

  • Reach out to warm leads generated from direct mail and online inquiries
  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients
  • Build rapport and understanding with prospects
  • Set appointments for our outside sales representatives

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in OUTBOUND appointment setting is a must-have.
  • Experience thriving in a remote work environment for at least 1 year.
  • Ensure a fast and dependable internet connection and set up a designated work area for maximum productivity.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is a must-have skillset!
  • Experience in setting appointments for insurance or related financial products is a valuable asset.
  • Experience with the latest autodialer technology.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo.
  • Exceptional telephone manners and outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently navigate an approved script and skillfully address objections.

Flexible Schedule: With the autodialer available 7 days a week, you have the flexibility to find the right schedule for your lifestyle. We require an average of 30 hours per week.

We offer a competitive commission structure and weekly pay.
