TITLE: Executive Assistant to the CEO

REPORTS TO: CEO and Operations Manager

LOCATION: Salt Lake City, Utah (Remote)

JOB TYPE: Full Time

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Bran Marketing is a dynamic and innovative marketing firm dedicated to delivering exceptional strategies and results for our clients. We are currently seeking a highly organized and driven Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Microsoft Suite of products, including Teams, SharePoint, and proficiency in using a CRM program.

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU’LL BE JOINING

At Bran Marketing, we specialize in the commercial and industrial PVF/HVAC/R industries. This role will be part of a small but fast-paced, tight-knit marketing team with lots of opportunities for training, development, and upskilling. This individual may be asked to wear several “hats” but will be primarily focused on working with our CEO to help her accomplish business driven goals.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.

· Efficiently handle day-to-day management of company CRM program including data entry, email marketing to existing and future clients, entering new sales leads.

· Maintain proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI a plus) to create reports, presentations, and manage internal communications.

· Working knowledge of CRM software … position will require management of our CRM program High Level including managing client information, track communications, and assist with marketing campaign tracking.

· Execute email marketing campaigns to both prospective and existing clients, enhancing brand presence and client engagement.

· Prepare regular reports on promotional products, printing, and other expenses.

· Assist in preparing presentations and quotes for potential clients.

· Develop quotes for clients as needed for printing and promotional products.

· Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to work with little or no supervision to accomplish assigned tasks in a professional and effective manner.

· Required Software Skills: Microsoft Office, Teams, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.

· Minimum two years in a similar role

· Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented

· Experienced in using High Level CRM or similar necessary.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and prioritize work accordingly.

· Knowledge of email marketing strategies and tools.

· Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

· Trello, Go High Level, Constant Contact, Sendible experience a plus

· Experience in the PVF/HVAC/R Industry a HUGE PLUS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,388.71 - $49,844.47 per year
