Join us! as the Financial Analyst who provides a broad range of accounting and reporting services, manages grant finances, engages in team initiatives and projects, and ensures compliance with government and funder regulations. To be successful, the Financial Analyst must perform a variety of financial activities including planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. This position requires strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and the ability to present financial information and models in a concise and comprehensible manner. The Financial Analyst is a strategic business partner, providing program staff with financial guidance as well as developing and maintaining productive relationships with funders. The Financial Analyst leverages industry knowledge and best practices to promote the mission and vision of Heartland Alliance Health.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Financial Analyst is responsible for maintaining the general ledger, executing regular close procedures, assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis.
