What you will do::
- Organize, analyze and review accuracy of all fleet related materials for multiple branch locations.
- Support Fleet Managers weekly work in Fuelman Program.
- Manage and update mileage and hours usage for fleet vehicles.
- Report the status of vehicles monthly (active, fenced, etc) to corporate partners.
- Assist branches with questions and concerns as they relate to assigned duties.
- Reconcile tolls, allocations and transponders, and work with vendor to ensure accuracy of account.
- Create reports for fleet operations and analyze data for communication to branches monthly.
- Process violations, tickets, and citations and coordinate with vendors to reconcile tickets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problem tickets in Ivanti for fleet operations.
- Responsible for adherence to all company and DOT safety policies & procedures.
- Maintain and manage the administrative tasks required for all operational systems including setup, maintenance, and future development of systems.
- Provide coaching / training in the utilization and application of operational systems.
- Communicate issues to vendors and work to resolution.
- Conduct data analysis, interpret and understand its impact on operational efficiencies, and provide recommendations to improve branch performance.
What you will bring::
- 3+ years of experience with commercial motor vehicle operations.
- Experience with fleet operations and associated applications (e.g. telematics).
- Ability to lead and direct change.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised.
- Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Ability to travel approximately up to 25%
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrates an ability to develop good relationships with internal customers and vendors.
