We are seeking a proficient, personable, and adept multitasker eager to assume the role of a Guest Relations Administrator within the poker industry. If you thrive on engaging with guests and delivering tailored experiences to enhance guest loyalty, we are keen to connect with you. Additionally, the role involves crucial reporting and administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of Guest Relations.

This is a Remote position, but may require some work and training at one or more of our card houses. We have a strong preference for an individual who resides within Texas and has the ability to travel to our clubs as needed. This is an hourly position at $17/hr with the opportunity for monthly bonuses based on performance.

Duties

  • Reporting and Analysis: Preparing reports on guest service activities, analyzing trends in guest feedback, and making recommendations for improvements to senior leadership.
  • Record Keeping and Administration: Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and transactions, ensuring all guest-related information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Outbound communications (phone/e-mail) to new, lapsed, and frequent guests to build relationships and encourage repeat visits (~250-300 contacts per week).
  • Inbound support via e-mail chat channels.
  • Provide customized offers (Distinct Offer Codes) to encourage visits based on specific situational information and Guest History.
  • Feedback Management: Collecting, monitoring, and responding to guest feedback, both positive and negative, to address concerns and recognize opportunities for service improvement.
  • Tracking subsequent Guest Visits .
  • Utilizing Poker Atlas and CRM data to identify Guests for contact.
  • Guest Education.
  • Attendance at Guest Relations Team Meetings.

Essential Qualities:

  • Clear Communication (Phone and Written), Follow-up, and Organization
  • Negotiation skills
  • Experience working with CRM solutions such as Hubspot
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Adaptability and Good Time Management
  • Working Knowledge of Policies and Procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
