Desired Skills/Experience:

• A passion for revolutionizing healthcare through digital technology is preferred, must enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Hands on Coding Experience with both Android-Java-Kotlin and iOS-Swift with experience growing-hiring-building a small Software Development team as you will Lead and manage a team of mobile software engineers, providing clear goals, mentorship, and guidance.
• Experience Collaborating with product management to define and prioritize mobile application features
• Experience Designing and implementing scalable mobile architectures and ensuring high-quality code in a test driven / CI/CD development environment.
• Experience working with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of mobile applications with back-end systems
• A Passion for Staying current with industry best practices and emerging trends in mobile development
• Experience Conducting code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• A Proven track record of successfully leading and managing mobile software products.
• Strong expertise in iOS and Android platforms, including programming languages such as Swift and Kotlin

Pluses:

• Remote-mobile telehealth application design and coding experience is strongly preferred.
• Overall strong knowledge of Mobile SW Applications design-architecture
• Experience sharing user requests for telehealth services with health insurance companies and build features that will allow for health insurance communication for insurance approvals
