The Work:
Deliver Health data and BI/analytics driven engagements
Applying advanced modeling techniques in a federal health environment: strong understanding of statistical concepts and predictive modeling. (e.g., AI neural networks, multi-scalar dimensional models, logistic regression techniques, machine-based learning, big data platforms, SQL, etc.)
Actively engage in knowledge learning, sharing and storing. Steep learning curve and adapting to new client situations quickly and work under a competitive environment
Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills
Ability to influence and lead others

Here's What You Need:
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Studies, Statistics, Engineering, or other technical sciences, or equivalent experience crafting data analytics solutions operating in health, public health, biomedical, or healthcare environments
Minimum of 2+ years' experience designing and implementing data science techniques and models, such as leveraging PySpark, Python, R, Scala, SQL, or other coding languages
Experience with health analytics solutions with consideration for functionality, data quality, security, integration, infrastructure, and performance
US Citizenship required
Bonus Points:
Minimum of 1+ years' experience designing and building solutions in Cloud-native environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google
Graduate degree in a relevant field
Experience with developing solutions using advanced data visualization tools and languages, including R, Python, Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI
Experience with Databricks, Palantir, Azure, Snowflake, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Ability to negotiate complex scenarios and challenges and devise courses of action to resolve situations with predictable outcomes
Experience with business development at a federal health agency, including experience authoring and solutioning solicitation responses
Experience designing and developing methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze structured and unstructured, diverse sources including "big data" sources
Fluency in information system architectures
