```Job Summary```
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers. You will help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as provide excellent customer service. If you have a passion for technology and enjoy helping others, we would love to hear from you.

```Responsibilities```
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist with network administration tasks
- Set up and configure computer systems and peripherals
- Install and maintain software applications
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Previous experience in a technical support role or similar position
- Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems
- Familiarity with network administration concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, firewall)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
