As a Healthcare Recruiter at People Science, you will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for our non-profit client focusing on high-volume entry level and experienced phlebotomist roles.

Your duties may vary and can include:

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates for entry level and experienced Phlebotomist positions
• Screening applicants
• Scheduling and recommending candidates for Hiring Manager interviews
• Networking and researching to discover new tools and vehicles to contact the best candidates
• Sharing ideas and concerns with up line Manager(s)
• Utilizing the People Science methodology for all recruiting activities
• Tracking all activities and update all databases in “real time”
• Managing a high volume of phone calls and emails: reaching out to candidates daily and with set activity goals
• Attending weekly team meetings to learn and share

Additional duties may be assigned and required as needs arise in order to assure goals and clients' expectations are met.
