Healthcare Staffing Lead - Blue Shield of California

Job Description:

The Staffing Lead will recruit call center reps, high volume recruitment, hiring 2-3 call center classes per month. Will partner with 2-3 other recruiters to train on process. Training is usually 2 months to be up and running. Prior experience in high volume recruitment, experienced with an ATS system, tracking stats on recruitment life cycle and working in fast paced environment preferred. Able to multitask, critical thinker to work through situations and use best judgement

Contract: This position is starting out as a 6 month contract with Actalent Services. You be will eligible for a extension/FTE at the end of the assignment

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Requirements:

• Must sit in California
• Bachelors Degree
• 3 years of recruiter experience
• Healthcare experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
