Cesar Chavez Community School is seeking an experienced high school Math teacher who is excited to explore innovative hybrid learning approaches. Position begins 2024-25 school year.

CCCS is a small hybrid charter school that offers flexibility and intensive supports to diverse students. This position offers a creative opportunity for developing lessons that meaningfully affect students' lives. CCCS values collaborative and applied learning, building growth mindset, and individualized one-on-one coaching with students.

This position works on campus Monday-Thursday and online only on Fridays. Daily synchronous classes meet via Zoom and Google Classroom. Students have options to attend on-campus or remotely.

Must have strong technology skills.

Must have strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with "at-risk"/"at-promise" students.

Full-time position. Hours: Mon-Thurs 9:30 am-5:30 pm and Fridays 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. We offer excellent pay and benefits.

Spanish Bilingual stipend is available.

Requires current New Mexico Secondary Teaching License with endorsements in Secondary Math.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
