Job Summary: As a Home Care Marketing Representative at IGH Homecare & Concierge Solutions, you will be an integral part of our marketing efforts, responsible for generating referrals, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and driving growth for our home care and case management services. Your strategic approach and passion for healthcare marketing will contribute to our mission of providing high-quality care and resources to those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate Referrals for Home Care & Case Management Services: Develop and implement effective home health sales strategies to identify and engage potential referral sources, including physicians, clinics, hospitals, and assisted living facilities, to drive the acquisition of new clients.
• Conduct Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
• Liaise with Health Professionals: Act as a liaison between our agency and healthcare professionals, building strong relationships and effectively communicating the value of our home care and case management services.
• Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute innovative sales strategies that position our agency as a top choice for home care and case management services.
• Sales Calls and Presentations: Conduct informative and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients and referral sources, showcasing the benefits of our services and addressing any inquiries.
• Support Business Development: Assist in developing and implementing business development initiatives to expand our agency's market presence and enhance referral relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align marketing and sales efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach to achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving referral goals and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking abilities and established contacts within the healthcare community are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
