The Human Resource Coordinator (Onboarding Specialist) plays a vital role in assisting and overseeing various human resource procedures across all company locations, giving particular attention to ensuring efficient and streamlined onboarding and offboarding.

Responsibilities:

As assigned but not limited to the following:

    • Oversees onboarding and offboarding for all regions.
    • Identifies opportunities for enhancement and fine-tunes the onboarding and offboarding processes accordingly.
    • Responds to internal and external HR related inquiries and provides assistance.
    • Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
    • Completes new-employee background checks and pre-employment drug screening.
    • Facilitates exit interviews and reporting
    • Files documents into appropriate employee files.
    • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
    • Maintains records of personnel-related data in and ensures all employment requirements are met.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    • This is a remote position wtih up to 10% travel.
Physical Requirements:
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Qualifications:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
    • Working understanding of employment laws.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • HRIS experience highly preferred.
Licensure/Certifications/Education:
  • Associate’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years related experience required.

Salary: $45,000- $55,000/year
